Who should I contact first if I have a problem with my vehicle?

If you encounter any issue with your vehicle, including the axles, always contact the vehicle manufacturer first. Of course, we are also here to help, but contacting the manufacturer is essential.

How soon will I receive a response to my report?

For standard reports, within 10 working days, but depending on the issue it may take longer.

Will I receive a confirmation once I submit the complaint?

Yes. The system automatically sends a confirmation email to the provided email address, confirming that your submission has been successfully recorded.

Do I need to submit the complaint multiple times if I don’t receive an immediate response?

No, it’s not necessary. Submitting the complaint once is enough. Sending it multiple times will not speed up the processing. Every incoming report is handled with equal priority and in order of receipt.

Will every complaint be investigated?

Yes, we review every report submitted to us. You will receive feedback on the outcome of the investigation and any necessary actions.

What kind of issues can I report here?

What should I do if I want to attach documents or pictures to my complaint?

You can upload files (e.g. photos, invoices, service reports) directly on the platform. These help speed up the investigation, so we strongly encourage attaching them.

What should I do if I urgently need a spare parts?

In case of urgent spare part requirements, use the MyBPW application to select the appropriate replacement part, or contact an official BPW service partner directly. Delivery can be arranged within 24 hours, depending on the region. The 24-hour delivery service is available within Germany for registered partners. Information about product availability and details is provided by order logistics or via the webshop.

Is prior registration required to order spare parts?

Private individuals cannot purchase spare parts directly from us. Only registered customers are able to place orders, which requires completing a registration form. Customers without registration are directed to our authorized dealer partners.
