The BPW AGRO Turn steering axle combines 13.5t load capacity with up to 28° steering angle for maximum manoeuvrability. Forged and tempered steel components ensure long service life, while a maintenance-free tie rod and easily adjustable steering stop reduce downtime and simplify operation. Steering angle sensor is a key element of electronic force steering, integrated at the pivot point of BPW Agrar steering axles. It enables precise detection of the steering angle and allows seamless use of advanced sensors from leading manufacturers

One axle, two steering modes

Combination cylinder

With the BPW combination cylinder, the axle can be used as self-steering axle or also as force-steered axle. The multi-functional use of the steering axle reduces the warehousing at the vehicle manufacturer. This allows the decision between force and self-steering to be made at short notice.
